Blue and Cream
You can wear blue eyeshadow! This is a super simple, pretty look using Hard Candy’s Kal-eye-descope baked eyeshadow duo. For this look, I used the duo backstage pass (bright blue and cream). Then I used Hard Candy’s Walk the Line eyeliner pencil in Chop Suey on my waterline and smudged a black shadow underneath halfway across my lower lashline.
