Don’t Wear White After Labor Day
For this look, I used Makeup Up For Ever’s Flash Color in White and applied it to the top lid with an angled liner brush, extending past the end of the eye in a small wing. I then covered the flash color with a white eye shadow to keep it from moving and to make the color more vivid. I lined under my eye with Urban Decay’s Mayhem, getting the brush wet first for a more intense color. I lined my waterline with Urban Decay’s 24-7 Eye Pencil in Zero. I then applied mascara to my top lashes and brushed the Flash Color in White over my bottom lashes. Done and done!
