Green Smokey Eye
Pretty, pretty, peacocky green eye. For this look, I used two brushes, a medium shader brush and an angled liner brush and some water.
Using a dry shader brush, lightly pat MUFE’s 35 (off white) below the brow and blend into the skin down to your crease.
Wipe brush off the shader brush on paper towel, then using a wet brush (not soaking wet, but damp), apply MUFE’s 80 (shimmery dark green) from over the entire lid from the inner corner of your eye to the outer corner, up to the crease. Wipe off the brush, and the blend out any harsh lines into the highlight color.
Using the same shader brush, very lightly apply MUFE’s 04 (black) to the outer corner of your eye to darken it up a bit in a v motion. You don’t have to use very much because the black is such a strong color. You just want it a little darker than the rest of the eye.
Wipe off the brush, blend out any harsh lines into the highlight color with a back and forth sweeping motion across the crease.
Now using the angle brush and MUFE’s 80(black), trace your lower lash line right below your eyelashes. Then smudge that line a bit with a Q-tip or your fingers.
Wet the angle brush, and mix into MUFE’s 80(black), then trace your upper lash line keeping as close to your lashes as possible. Make sure the line starts off thin at the inner corner and gradually gets bigger as you move to the outer corner.
Using the wet angle brush and 80, trace your waterline.
Clean up any fall out with a clean powder brush or Q-Tips. Then apply mascara and you’re done.
If you really want to take this look to the next level, apply MUFE’s star powder in 957 (yellow goldish color with a green sheen) to the inner corner of your eye blending to about the midpoint of your eye. This color is a chameleon and will change color depending on what it’s applied over. Then apply false lashes. To make putting on the lashes easier, make sure you trim them to fit your eye, flex them a bit between your fingers, and after applying the glue, wait about 20 seconds before putting them on. Wha-la!
